OUR FACILITIES

We offer advanced state-of-the-art facilities and equipment that assure the highest quality ocular prosthetics available. Patients are seen upon physician referral. Office hours are available Monday through Friday by appointment at all locations.

Insurance claims will be filed as a courtesy to patients. If you have medical coverage, you should have benefits for our services. If you do not have medical coverage, we can refer you to agencies that are available to help cover our services. We are also a contracted Medicare provider.
